Supper Club

An evening to celebrate food, wine, and the art of living

by Flâneur Wines at the Carlton Grain Elevator

Supper Club returns to the historic Carlton Grain Elevator with a new season of intimate dinners shaped by the creativity, craft, and personal expression of celebrated Pacific Northwest chefs. Each evening centers around a thoughtfully composed prix fixe menu, created by a featured guest chef and guided by their individual style, inspiration, and love of the table. Our wines are woven throughout the experience—sometimes highlighting new releases, other times drawing from the depth of our cellar—with the option to enjoy selections by the glass or bottle, or a complete curated pairing designed to complement each course.

Settle in, share the table, and savor an experience created for unhurried conversation, generous hospitality, and memorable meals.

Guest chef collaborations will be announced throughout the year. Join our mailing list to be the first to know.
