FLÂNEUR WINES, RÉSONANCE, & 00 WINES ARE OFFERING A LABOR DAY PASSPORT TO CARLTON

The Three Highly Regarded Wineries Are Collaborating on Saturday August 31^st for a Unique Day of Wine Tasting

Carlton, OR ♦ Three up-and-coming wineries in the burgeoning wine-centric community of Carlton, Oregon are collaborating by opening all three of their new tasting rooms and hospitality centers to showcase the city of Carlton as the place for high-quality wines and culinary delights this Labor Day.

Saturday, August 31^st Flâneur Wines, Résonance and 00 Wines will be offering a Labor Day Wine Tasting under the name Passport to Carlton which will entitle guests to taste wines at each of their respective wineries.  The all-inclusive tastings will be a one-time charge of $60 per person or complimentary for wine club members of any of the three producers.

Additionally, the highly anticipated restaurant, Earth & Sea, which took over the former DePonte tasting room, will be offering a three-course $35 Prix Fixe menu that features Chef Thomas’ seasonally changing menu – focused on locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the land and the sea.  Diners looking to book need only to contact the restaurant directly.

To say that Carlton has been going through a bit of a growth-spurt in the high-quality wine department is an understatement.  Earlier this June, Résonance, the Oregon branch of the 150-year-old Maison Louis Jadot Burgundian operation, opened their new tasting room that was beautifully built atop a newly planted vineyard just east of the city of Carlton.  Their new facility showcases beautiful views of the Résonance Vineyard and the Coast Range.

Then, just weeks after, the highly rated 00 Wines team set up a tasting house just off the square in downtown Carlton.  There, they have been hosting elevated, private tastings featuring their various limited production, high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir offerings.

Finally, this September, Flâneur Wines is set to open their new full-service wine tasting and hospitality center in the rehabilitated 125-year-old Grain Elevator located just off the city square.  Passport Guests will get a behind-the-curtain sneak peek of the about-to-open Flâneur Wines at the Carlton Grain Elevator – a one-of-a-kind, multi-level facility that will offer exclusive wine tastings, wine & food pairings and elevated experiences beginning this September 7th.
